Samantha Aronne is a third-generation Cape Cod builder whose connection to construction started early. She was on job sites with her father's company, picking up nails before she was old enough to understand that she was learning the family trade.

Her early love of theater, along with a career that included community and nonprofit work, shaped a creative perspective she still brings to construction: an instinct for how people move through a space and an appreciation for the story behind how a home is used.

Samantha holds an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and is trained in kitchen and bath design through the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) . With more than a decade of experience managing residential renovations and remodels, she approaches design by first understanding how something will actually be built.

That construction-informed approach allows her to design around real-world conditions, sequencing, structure, budget, and function from the beginning, not after the design is already on paper. The result is a process where design and construction inform one another from the start, helping create spaces that are both thoughtful and buildable.

She's raising three kids on the same Cape she has always called home, carrying forward a connection to the place and the building tradition she grew up around.

Francine Tallman brings more than 35 years of experience across finance, insurance underwriting, operations, performance management, product innovation, and enterprise risk management. She built her career solving complex problems, developing better ways of working, and identifying and mitigating risk before it becomes a bigger, more expensive problem.

She brings that experience to Frameworks by building the processes and operating systems behind how every project is planned and managed. From evaluating risk and budget before construction begins to subcontractor standards, documented decisions and changes, project reporting, and financial oversight, her focus is making sure the details that can affect a project aren't left to chance.
